This post is a few days late but I wanted to say Happy Chinese New Year- Kung Hei Fat Choi. When I was teaching in Hawaii we (the class) studied and learned a lot about the Chinese holiday. I miss how much culture was imbeded in Hawaiian education.

I think it's probably always a good idea to feed a dragon money, because that way maybe they won't eat you.
I love that they celebrated Chinese New Year...I don't think I even knew about it until I moved out to the west coast!
I love that picture...I miss carpooling....WoW! never thought I would say that! Definitly miss you!
