Over and Out

School is over. First year teaching down (almost). I love the last day of school far many reasons.
1. I get paid on a 12 month contract. So I still get pay checks through out summer even though I am not teaching.
2. I don't have to do any real teaching the last week.
3.The gifts!

I got over $200 bones in gift cards plus some other loot. I love teaching preschool because the kids (parents) still give treats at the end of the year.

whoa!! you must be a darn good teacher.and if all that loot is not enough to make someone want to go into the teaching profession then i don't know what is. :)

WOW! That's AMAZING!! Good thing you're not teaching in Hawaii or they'd give you fruit bread and musubis. You're the best teacher in the WORLD and deserve MUCH more than fruit bread....like $200 in gift cards!

What up? That's awesome! I read in a magazine about the end of the year gift giving. SWEET! How fun that you teach pre-school. I'm so excited about Krystal serving in the Lubbock mission. I talked to her not too long ago actually. She called after she heard that Greg and I got married. When does she go out?

I think this gift certificate for free lamination is probably the most funny and most best. And is that a picture of the kid on the target giftcard? rad. Wait, I just read that lamination thing, it says June. You better laminate something stat.

Yeah, middle schoolers don't give you squat. Plus, you're an amazing teacher...not all pre-school teachers give you that much. You're awesome. Emma's going to have a fun summer. :)
