Italian Creamy Chicken

This is what I am making for dinner tomorrow. {Credit due to: Nicole. We used to eat this all the time in Hawaii. She would make it and then I started making it all the time because I loved it sooo much. Thanks Nic.}

Ingredients:

• 3-4 chicken breast
• 1 cube of butter
• 1 italian dressing package
• 1 can cream of chicken
• 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
• 1 cup milk
• rice

Directions:

• place chicken breasts in crock pot. cut slices of butter and place on top of chicken. sprinkle italian dressing package. cook on low for 3-4 hours.
• when chicken is cooked test to see how tender. you want the chicken tender enough to shred. if it is tender then take two forks and shred those suckers up. 
• in bowl mix cream cheese, cream of chicken and milk. add to crock pot and stir.
• cook on high for 1 hour. 

Serve over rice or noodles. I prefer rice.
