HAVE I BLOGGED THIS BEFORE?
Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken breast
- 1 cube of butter
- 1 italian dressing package
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- rice
- place chicken breasts in crock pot. cut slices of butter and place on top of chicken. sprinkle italian dressing package. cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- when chicken is cooked test to see how tender. you want the chicken tender enough to shred. if it is tender then take two forks and shred those suckers up.
- in bowl mix cream cheese, cream of chicken and milk. add to crock pot and stir.
- cook on high for 1 hour.

Mmmmm!!!! AJ, that sounds so good! I'm definitely going to try that. I'm actually making crock pot chicken today, but it's not going to be nearly that good. It's the old cream of mushroom soup and Lipton dry onion soup standard. Love ya!
Shelly,
I love that chicken recipe as well! Shelly I am going to tell you again- you need to start a blog. I would comment on every post because I know they would all be spectacular!

Hahaha! Thanks, AJ! It makes me so happy that I have a fan! I think about it, and then I figure it's much less stressful to just lurk and comment. I have very few original thoughts these days...that's why I LOVE these blogs! I get really excited and inspired by them personally:)
Thanks for the scrumptious food tonight AJ...the chicken was delish! :) I was so happy that Emma snarfed it down, too!
AJ! Yes I'm going to New Orleans with a friend just for a few days next week! Bill Clinton is holding this conference so I'm using it an excuse to skip a few days of school. I have NO idea where we'll be come Fall. Either San Francisco, Seattle, Provo or Denver. So clearly, we have no idea what we're doing with our lives.
I take a sneak at your blog every now and then! I made those stuffed peppers you posted a while back...wow I feel a little creepy stalkerish now.
